and Work Location). We will also collect the contact information of your friends, if you
choose to connect your contacts and address book information with C3C and your login
credentials to your social network accounts, such as Facebook and Twitter, if you choose to
connect those accounts with your C3C account. And if you own a vehicle certain information
about your Vehicle need to be provided to make use of our services.
If you own a vehicle that is used on C3C, we obtain a vehicle history report to make sure the
vehicle is safe for you and other users to share. We check your Licence record to make sure
you and your car meet C3C safety standards. By registering with C3C, you authorize us to
obtain this information and you authorize applicable entities such as DMVs, RMVs and other
applicable entities to release such information to C3C.
You represent and warrant that you have the authority to provide us with any such contact information.
We require that all users represent to us that they are at least 18 years old. This should be
ensured by accepting Terms and Conditions by every user before registering.
How We Use Your Information:
We Will Never Spam You. We will only send you information directly related to your use of
C3C. You control when and how (e.g. email, SMS, etc.) we send most messages to you.
We use your email address and your other personal information to help us efficiently operate
the C3C Platform, to contact you in connection with your transactions and other activities on
the C3C Platform (including, but not limited to, confirmation emails, or important news that
could affect your relationship with C3C), to forward ride information to you from other users,
to forward ride information from you to other users, and to contact you and others to suggest
potential matches.
We use your contact information and organization to find and connect with your friends or
colleagues (when instructed by you). C3C may send you other messages in the course of
operation of our Service, such as notifications from other Users, updates about Service
changes and features, and important news that may impact your use of C3C. These
communications are considered directly related to your use of C3C, and may contain
Cookies/gifts, banners, ads, or promotional material. You may opt out of certain messages
as permitted by your settings on the Service.
C3C will not rent or sell your personally identifiable information to others. C3C may share
your personally identifiable information with third parties solely for the purpose of providing
the Service to you. If we do this, such third parties' use of your information will be bound by

We may share non-personally identifiable information (such as anonymous usage data,
referring/exit pages and URLs, platform types, number of clicks, etc.) with interested third
parties to help them understand the usage patterns for certain C3C services.

To update your personal info, click on your account at the top of any page. There you can
view, Profile and correct your account information. You may edit your profile at any time -- all
you need is your username and password.
You can also change your password and you are responsible for maintaining the secrecy of
your unique password and account information.
So that we can protect the integrity of sensitive data, there are certain pieces of information,
such as your gender, that you cannot alter yourself. For example, a male person cannot offer
or share a ride with female person for security issues. We need to take reasonable
measures to preserve the accuracy of our members' gender.
Our databases automatically update any personal information you edit in your profile, or that you request we edit.

Once we receive your transmission of information, C3C makes commercially reasonable
efforts to ensure the security of our systems. However, please note that this is not a
guarantee that such information may not be accessed, disclosed, altered, or destroyed by
breach of any of our physical, technical, or managerial safeguards.
To protect your privacy and security, we take reasonable steps (such as requesting a unique
password) to verify your identity before granting you access to your account. You are
responsible for maintaining the secrecy of your unique password and account information,
and for controlling access to your email communications from C3C, at all times.
Proper Use:
C3C support staff may review your personal information to provide the Service to you, if you request us to do so as part of a support call, to provide safety and security benefits, where it is required by law, and to maintain or diagnose issues with our Service.

You can change your account information and preferences at any time by logging onto your account. You have the right to review information that C3C holds about you, and the right to request changes to correct inaccuracies. When practical and possible, C3C will make these requested changes.
